The self parking was a bit difficult to find. i also felt the hotel was overpriced. the air conditioning in my room did not work properly. the breakfast was average. I hoped it could have been better

The hotel offered spacious and beautifully maintained rooms. I found the amenities excellent. The pool was super clean and inviting. The staff were very friendly. They helped with every request. The security team showed GREAT compassion! I appreciated their assistance when my car battery died.

The breakfast queues could get quite long during peak hours. It was slightly inconvenient.

i was thrilled to stay there. the restaurant on the 19th floor had awesome city views. the buffet was wonderful and had a great experience! the staff, especially ms. elvira and mr sharbin, helped coordinate everything so smoothly.

i am upset that the room did not have basic facilities like complimentary tea or coffee. the lifts were super crowded, it was unpleasant. also, i thought the breakfast was not tasteful. it was way too busy and noisy.

I really enjoyed the amazing breakfast! It had lots of variety. The high-quality gym facility helped me keep up with my fitness routine, even on vacation. The hotel's location is very convenient. I was close to restaurants and shopping malls.

Waiting for the elevator took too long. It often arrived completely full. I think one of the four elevators wasn't working.

The room provided a great mattress for good sleep quality. I slept like a log. Everything was super clean. You can see the cleaning staff really pay attention to details. The room was the Superior Double Room.
